Description
In light of the discussions taking place on commonwealth https://commonwealth.im/regen/discussion/13998-updating-parameters-lowering-inflation-and-related-issues and in the Regen tokenomics working group. This proposal is to move forward with changing the inflation rate-of-change from the current 0.13 to 1.0.
