Overview\nThis proposal aims to assist token sale participants and Regen community members as described and discussed during soft proposal period\n\n# Proposal\n1. Token sale participants who are unable to access their tokens since genesis and whose tokens have never been transferred or staked or touched in any way can opt-in to participate in new issuance as a one time courtesy\n2. Participants can choose a new address to receive their issuance\n3. Participants consent that once this change has been submitted the public key can never be changed again\n4. This change would be completed by dev team and included with update to Regen Ledger v4.0\n5. Regen Foundation will assist with identity verification and wallet address collection\n6.
